REGOLO is a web application which allows the calculation of impacts in terms of production value and ULA (employment) generated by an investment.

REGOLO considers both the effects of the investment costs and the effects in the future exercise of the same investment. REGOLO considers both the direct effect on the local economy, the indirect and induced effects, ie produced by the spread of expenditure and income in all sectors, as a result of direct primary impacts. REGOLO finally consider the effects of the transformations induced by new investment in the economy, whether appropriated by the investors or the community (external effects). The impact analysis of REGOLO is finally reconciled with the more traditional cost - benefit analysis.
